THS9000: Janice Otsuji

Part Number: THS9000

Our customer is considering using the following in a new project of theirs.
1) THS9000 TEXAS INSTRUMENTS
Questions
1) Is the gain temperature characteristic of the data sheet, the typical value?
2) If there is data on the maximum value of the temperature change vs gain variation, the customer wants to see it. Data at 0°, 25°, & 50° is perferable.

  • Hi Janice,

    To answer your questions:
    1. Yes, the gain temperature characteristic in the datasheet is for a typical value.
    2. You might want to refer to Figure 12 in the datasheet for the typical gain variation vs temperature of the part. The data for 0', 25' and 50' should be bounded within the extreme temperatures of -40'C to 85'C, as shown in Figure 12 of the THS9000 datasheet.

    Best Regards,
    Rohit
