TLV2372-Q1: Requesting Electrical Characteristics

Part Number: TLV2372-Q1

Could you please help by providing the following electrical characteristics for TLV2372QDRQ1:

  • Maximum Storage Temperature (°C)
  • Minimum Storage Temperature (°C)
  • Input Voltage (either terminal)
  • Common-mode input voltage range (Vicm)(V)
  • Crosstalk attenuation
  • Output current
  • Short-circuit output current
  • Temperature drift
  • Equivalent Input Noise Voltage - en(nV/sqrt(Hz))
  • Channel Separation (dB)
  • Quiescent Current
  • Input Bias Current Drift
  • Input Offset Current Drift
  • Common-Mode Input Resistance
  • Differential Input Capacitance
  • Small /Large Signal Frequency response for various gains
  • Small /Large Signal Frequency response for various Output Amplitudes
  • Small /Large Signal Frequency response

If data is not available, please mark N/A. Thank you!

  • Hi Brian,

All of this information is found in the datasheet. Did you look there and have trouble finding it? I filled out a few of these for you, but you'll be better served by looking yourself if you know the desired supply voltage and temperature conditions.

    Max Storage Temp: 150 C
    Min Storage Temp: -65 C
    Abs Max Input Voltage: -0.2 V to VDD+0.2 V
    Vicm: 0 to VDD
Crosstalk Attenuation: better than -100dB from 10 Hz to 100kHz.
Abs Max Output Current: +/- 100mA
    Isc: with Vdd = 15V, 25 C, Isc is 120 mA
    Vio Temp Drift: 0.2uV/C
    En: 35 nV/rtHz
    Channel Separation: see crosstalk
    Iq: at 15V VDD, 750uA
    Bias Current Drift: n/a
Common Mode input resistance: n/a. Differential input resistance is 1000G
    Differential Input Cap: n/a

The small and large signal responses are best seen in the charts in the datasheet, starting at Figure 21.
