OPA244: Structures of TLV2381, TLV2451, OPA244, OPA347 and OPA348

Part Number: OPA244
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV2451, , OPA348-Q1, TLV2381, OPA347, OPA348

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask some opamps?

About below amps, which amps are JFET or bipolar type?
We are sorry that we could not judge correctly.
As our recognition, it seems that OPA244 and TLV2451 are bipolar type because of low bias current.
-TLV2381
-OPA347
-TLV2451
-OPA348(OPA348-Q1)
-OPA244

Kind regards,

Hirotaka Matsumoto

  • Hi Matsumoto-san,

Please see the following regarding the devices you are asking about:

    TLV2381 - CMOS
    OPA347 - CMOS
    TLV2451 - Bipolar
    OPA348 - CMOS
    OPA244 - Bipolar

In general, you should be able to go the product page for a device, the "Description and Parametrics" tab and scroll down until you see one of the last entries in the table "Architecture" which will tell you if it is CMOS, bipolar, or something else.

Are you looking for something in particular? If you help me understand your application, I can try to recommend an op amp that will fit.

    Best,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul san

Are you looking for something in particular?
If you help me understand your application, I can try to recommend an op amp that will fit.
-> Our customer disignated Bipolar type. So, if we need your help, we will feed back you.

    And we have some typo.
"As our recognition, it seems that OPA244 and TLV2451 are bipolar type because of low bias current."
    × : low bias current
    ○ : high bias current

    Kind regards,

    Hirotaka Matsumoto
