LMH6401EVM: LMH6401EVM GUI not responding

Is the LMH6401EVM powered on with +/-2.5V supplies and drawing the right current of ~69mA?

The supply current seems to be on the low side. What supply voltages are you powering the LMH6401EVM with? You are connecting all the VS+, VS- and GND pins, and not just the VS+ and VS- right?

Do you see the USB status as connected or "Green" on the LMH6401 EVM GUI?
If yes, then would it be possible for you to unplug the USB connection, close the GUI, re-plug the USB connection and re-start the GUI such that you can read/write the registers.

Yes, using all three lines and was using +/-2.5V most recently. I had also tried using +5/0 also but the result was the same.

The green connected light does appear (and unplugging/restarting did not seem to help nor did just trying to refresh the connection from within the GUI).

Hi Jon,

It seems strange that the supply current you are recording is only 60mA. Would it be possible for you to use +/-2.5V supply only (mainly for debugging purposes) and short across the Jpd connector to see whether the device powers down? I would expect the supply current to be ~9mA which confirms that the device GND connection is present. Talking to the device through the GUI is only possible if the GND connection is present on the EVM.

Also, what windows operating system are you using? I think the GUI is written only for Windows 7 and will not support Windows 10 OS.
