LPV521: About the value of RISO

Part Number: LPV521

Hello Team,

I have questions about the following table in the datasheet.

 [8.1.1 Driving Capacitive Load]

When CL=10nF, "RISO=13.3kΩ(min)"(@5V supply) is described.
In the case of 2.8V supply, does the minimum value of this RISO change?
If it changes, please tell me the minimum value of RISO at 2.8V_supply and CL=10nF.
If there is no calculation formula and can not be calculated, please tell me whether the RISO value increases or decreases.

Best regards,
Kato

  • Hi Junya,

if you take a look into the datasheet of LPV521 and compare the specifications of "gain-bandwidth product", "slew rate" and especially "phase margin" given at 1.8V and 5V supply voltage you will notice that there's only little variation. So, the recommended Riso given in datasheet for 5V should also be valid for 1.8V supply voltage.
