Is it possible to get a copy of the board design files or at least the gerbers for the LMH730316 eval board?

Hi Levi,

Unfortunately, we don't have board design files for the LMH730316 eval board.

However, I would recommend you to use the LMH730216 eval board instead, which is for the SOT-23 package, and can be used for high speed op-amp evaluation. The gerber files can be downloaded from here: e2e.ti.com/.../534226
