OPA564-Q1: Automotive Qualified Result

Hi team,

in OPA564-Q1 datasheet, it is just said 'Qualified for Automotive Applications', would you please suggest if this means OPA564-Q1 passed AEC-Q100 qualification? if so, would you please share the result of Device Temperature Grade and ESD Classification Level with us? Thansk.

    Hello Kevin,

    Regarding the TI Q1 designation; TI's Q1 products are Qualified using the requirements in AEC-Q100, and our "Quality 1st" portfolio continues to grow as it provides a solution for applications that do not require change control or qualifications beyond Q100. Therefore, the OPA564-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified.

    The OPA564-Q1 passed 2 kV HBM (AEC-Q100-002), and 500 V CDM (AEC-Q100-011), and has an operating temperature range of -40 C to +125 C. Therefore, it is qualified to Grade 1.
