Hi User,

I cannot see what the voltages are.

I think that the circuit is not working properly, because R211 is too big in relation to R212...R215.

Hi User,

The first OPA2188 stage in each of the amplifier section is connected as a difference amplifier have a of 2 V/V (4.02 k/ 2.0 k). The second OPA2188 stage that follows the difference amplifier is a unity-gain buffer having a gain of +1 V/V. Therefore, the overall is 2 V/V.
