Hi,

Please let me know if the operating temperature is -55 to 125℃ for DRB-8 package. Or is the packaging information of the datasheet incorrect?

    The information under packaging is incorrect. I've notified the literature department for revision.
    The absolute maximum operating temperature range is -55 to 125 but electrical characteristics are based on -40 to 125.
