OPA348: Is OPA348 of SC70 compliant to AEC-Q100?

The OPA348-Q1 is the AEC-Q100 version of the OPA348. You are correct that it is not offered in SC70 package today, only SOT-23 and SOIC. However, we do have a similar device which is AEC-Q100 and available in SC70, TLV313-Q1 (TLV313QDCKRQ1). Would this work for you instead? A comparison of the two devices can be viewed here.
