TLC272: Can I select the TLC272CDR device to new design?

Can I select the TLC272CDR device to new design? I check the datasheet, the device is so old, is there any new replace device to it ? Please show to me. Thanks a lot.

Hi Went Cao,

You can use this op amp in new designs, but I would recommend using the TLV272 or the TLV9002, both are newer, better performing devices. If you can describe your application a bit and let us know what specs are important, we'll be able to provide a more tailored recommendation.
