Hi,

Can you suggest OPA with a reference zener diode as a reference inside like TS4436 but with 12 Vin and up to 100uA current consumption.

Hi Hen,

We don't have anything that will meet 100uA current consumption, but the following devices do support a wide input voltage range:

TSM102
TL103W, TL103WA
LM10

The TSM102 and TL103W are more modern devices that will likely fit your needs better.
