it's only the "Package Qty". Have a look at page 34 of datasheet.

Thanks for your interest in our products. As kai noted, the E is distinguishing the reel package quantity.

Also, just in case you overlooked this detail, I would like to point out that this device is not recommended for new designs (NRND). As such you may want to consider the INA233 which has similar functionality.
