Falltime is typically 350ns (10/90%)

Risetime is entirely dependent on the time constant of the pull-up resistor and output capacitive load, since it is an open-collector output. Typically it is about 500ns.

The rising edge will be exponential since it is a charging RC circuit. So figure using 4 time constants of of 50p and 5.1k.

I get 560ns using 0.5 to 4.5V - which is about right.
