Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TDC7200
Hi,
I'm using a TLV3502 comparator in my design supplied with ~3.3V (confirmed) and it works correctly. However, in the meantime, I've noticed that the output of each comparator does not surpass ~1.5V in a HIGH-state.
Below, I attach an image of the direct comparison between a sinusoidal wave with 1kHz and 1Vpp at the non-inverting input and a 0VDC signal at the inverting input. As you can see, the signal does not overcome the referred voltage.
Can someone please help in identifying the source of error? I absolutely need a rail-to-rail signal in order to input in a logic IC.
Thanks in advance,
Joaquim Santos
