HI Sir

Does TI have the INA which gain <0.1

and, Can i use the INA to monitor the Battery volatge about 12v directly?

please advise it.

We have instrumentation amplifiers with gain of 0.1 but only up to 5.5V single supply: see INA326/7 and INA336/7. However, for 12V direct battery monitoring, you will need higher supply voltage - in such case, we can only offer difference amplifiers like INA143, INA146, and INA2143.
