ONET8551T: Cleaning ONET8551T prior to Packaging

Hello,

Prior to packaging, would would like to clean the ONET8551 with IPA and acetone. Are both of these safe to use on the ONET8551?

whew, acetone is highly aggressive and must be avoided at all costs!

Hi Kai,

Thank you very much for the information! What would you recommend for cleaning prior to wirebonding? Or would you recommend that it's safer to not clean beforehand?

Our quality department recommends using the material as is, without cleaning.
