Hello,

Can you tell me if the LMP8481-Q1 a bipolar, BiCMOS or a CMOS device?

I am considering using the LMP8481-Q1 in a CubeSat and would like to avoid latch up issues associated with CMOS devices.

Thank you for your quick reply. I would prefer a bipolar device... Can you tell me what technology is used for the INA240?

Hello Francesco,

INA240 is also a BiCMOS process. In fact, very few of our devices are just bipolar. One of the few that is only bipolar would be the INA168.
