LM358A: request for failure rate

I am using your components in an electronic circuit and need to know the failure rate :

 

  1. LM358ADR   at 24V  and max. 55°C

  2. LM393ADGKR at 24V  and max. 55°C

    Hi Frank,

    For both devices, you can find this information by navigating to the product page and clicking on the "Quality & packaging" tab. Once there, find the specific package you are interested in and click "View" under the "DPPM / MTBF / FIT Rate" column. This will take you to a failure rate estimator tool that should give you the information you need.
