OPA337: What is a proper op-amplifier for piezoelectric sensor?

Part Number: OPA337

I am setting up an amplifier for a piezoelectric acoustic sensor (frequency response 50Hz to 20kHz).

The sensor has very high output impedance.

High input impedance and low noise is required for the op-amp.

I have several questions about it:

(1) Is OPA 337 a good selection? Are there better op-amp options?

(2) What circuit configuration is good? Although I know that both voltage application and charge application probably be used, I am not sure which one is better. Is there some existing good configuration?

I hope to get some advice.

Thank you very much for your help.
