The specs say that this part is Qualified for Automotive Applications. Does it mean in passed Passed AEC-Q100 or just AEC-Q200?

I am not aware of anything in the OPA2333A-EP datasheet that suggests it is qualified for automotive applications. Can you give me more details on that.
EP parts receive different processing and extra qualification harsh environments, such as miilitary.
For an automotive product, qualified to AEC Q100, you should pick parts with the Q1 suffix (OPA2333-Q1) in this case. Q1 products do have a PPAP avialable but EP products have a tighter process flow and additional qulifications. See the following link for more details on EP products:
