INA169-Q1: Max Input offset voltage drift

Hi,

There is a parameter provided in datasheet of INA169-Q1 called input offset voltage drift wrt temperature.The parameter value given is the typical value but i need the maximum value or worst case value for my calculations.

Could anybody help me on this.

Hi Mohammad,

the maximum offset voltage over the whole temperature range is +/-2mV, according to section 6.5 of datasheet. This includes the offset voltage temperature drift.

Hello Mohammad,

Thanks for considering to use Texas instruments. To calculate the max offset voltage over the temperature range, we would use the formula Vos(max over temp range)=Vos(max at 25C)+(delta_Vos/delta_temp x Abs(Tmax-T_datasheet typ))=2mV+(1uV/C x abs(125C-25C))=2.1mV.

Thanks for your response.

The derived formula is for calculating the input offset voltage over the temp range & for this calculation you have taken "delta_Vos/delta_temp" as a typical value.

But i need max. value for ΔVOS/ΔT instead of typical value.

Mohammad,

We do not have a maximum specification for the over temperature specification for this device. If you need this specification we have other devices that have a maximum drift specification but none of our current output Current Sense Amplifiers have that specification with a maximum value.
