OPA2197-Q1: OPA2197-Q1 output voltage swing and input common mode range vs temperature

Part Number: OPA2197-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA197

Hi team,

My customer wants to verify what is the output voltage swing and input common mode range for OPA2197-Q1 across the full temperature range(-40 ~ 125deg)?

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Wei-Hao

  • Wei-Hao,

OPA197 input common-mode voltage range over -40 to 125 deg C temperature range is:  (V-)-0.1V<Vcm<(V+) - see below.

The output voltage swing is a function of output current and it ranges from 15mV from rail for Iout=0 to 500mV for Iout=9mA (RL=2k)

However, for high linearity the output swing from the rail is defined in the AOL condition column - see above.

The maximum output swing vs output current from rail over temperature is shown in the graph below:

  • Hi Marek,

    Thanks for your explanation!
