in TLV6741DCKR datasheet, the Absolute Maximum Ratings of TA is 125 degree C.

customer want to know what's the Absolute Maximum Ratings of Tj junction temperature?

is it 150 degree C?

in TLV9061 datasheet, the specification is very clear, the Absolute Maximum Ratings of TA is 125 degree C and the Absolute Maximum Ratings of Tj is 150 degree C.

could you add this information into TLV6741 datasheet?

Hi Max,

This is a datasheet omission and will be corrected in the next few months after the next update. You can take 150C as the absolute maximum for Tj, just like the TLV9062 datasheet.
