Our customer need LMV981MFX ESD CDM level and CDM test standard ,AND latch current paremeter 

I don't see the parameters in datasheet, where can I get the parameters or reference , thanks.

    Hi Lanjie,

    The CDM and latch-up current parameters were not tested for this device and are not included in the datasheet. If you need a similar device with specified CDM and HBM values, try the TLV9001.

    HI Lanjie,

    This device is about 20 years old and unfortunately, there is no data for CDM. If you provide some further information on your application and part requirement, I can help you find a part which does specify CDM in the datasheet and meet your requirement.

    For the latch-up Current test (I-test) is at 200mA.
