OPA2197-Q1: Vo spec question for Negative rail No load condition

I have a question for Vo spec question for Negative rail No load condition.

Data sheet says that 5mV as typ and 15mV as max at Ta =25.

This spec can be applied for Ta -40 to 105 also?

If not, please let us know the spec.

No it is only valid at 25C and in addition it DOES NOT describe the linear operating region of the part. See attached.

See the OPA197/OPA2197/OPA4197 commercial product datasheet, Figures 14 and 15 , for typical Output Voltage Swing vs Output Current at maximum supply curves. The OPA2197-Q1 curves will resemble those for the OPA197 family.
