I have a square wave of 400Hz and want to have a sine wave. Is this device suitable for that application (as the frequency is low)

I assume  LPF ?

i don't think this device will do what i think you are asking for.
usually - to get sine wave from square wave, you would want to make a circuit which would start with a DC block (capacitor in series with the square wave), then have an LCL filter (in a most basic form)

For example, here is a 400Hz square wave turned into sine wave (you can play around with values in practical implementation - this is just idea for you to understand the concept.) green trace is square wave, blue is output to the load.
