TLC372M: Pspice Model not able to simulate

Hi Sir,

The TLC372 pspice model avilable in TI website is not giving output.

I have attached the DSN file, why this comparator simulaton is not giving output.

Hi Nesh,

don't forget the pull-up at the output of TLC372.

Hi Sir,

Thank you for the information. Now the simulation is working, the general purpose op-Amp (LM158) doesn't need any pull-up for output .

All the differential comparators need output pull-up?

Hi Nesh.

if the datasheet says that the comparator has an open drain output or open collector output, then an external pull-up is necessary.
