TLV4112: What's about VIN>VCC?

Part Number: TLV4112

Hi, op-amp experts:

We need to use the op-amp to make sure VIO_IN<VCCA as showing by circuit below; MCUVCC=3.3V, VCCA range is from 2.8V to 5.5V. What's about VCCA<3.3V which makes the op-amp VIN > VCCA? is there a input protection? if not, there is a risk to burn the op-amp, right?
