OPA695: Can we use OPA695 replace AD8065?

Part Number: OPA695
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2810, OPA810

HI :

Can we use OPA695 replace AD8065? or have better advice?

  • Hi,

can you give more details on the application? Or do you have a schematic?

  • Hello, the OPA695 is closer to the AD8009, The AD8065 is a single channel FastFet part where a single of the OPA2810 might be suitable if available - (that would be the OPA810 if available). There are many differences between the OPA695 vs the AD8065, but if the application is 12V total supply or less and can handle going from a relatively slow JFET input AD8065 to a 1GHz bipolar CFA, well maybe - doesn't make a lot of sense but perhaps.
