My company currently produces a product that incorporates the obsolete part LM193AH/883B. I am looking for any information I can find about the 883B part regarding how it compares to the 883 part currently in production by TI. My company is interested in switching away from the obsolete 883B part and going with the 883 part, but I can't find any information on what the difference between the parts is. As far as I can tell they are the same.
Is the B in the part number referencing the MIL-STD-883 Rev B? Did NI/TI drop the B because they test their parts to the latest revision of the standard (J or K)?
Any help helping me solve this mystery would be greatly appreciated!
