DRV2700EVM: Piezo Control Console Error Exception

Part Number: DRV2700EVM

I have tried downloading the Piezo Control Console on a variety of devices and all of them are outputting the same error message when I attempt to connect the board to the computer. I want the board to be able to boost an AC signal to around 80 to 120 volts peak to peak. Unfortunately when it starts getting towards the higher voltages, the signal that is outputted is very noisy and continuously clips. I am using a sine wave generator to input a signal into Ain on the board, and the maximum the function generator can go is around 20-30 volts.

I was hoping that using the Piezo Control software could hopefully fix this issue, but this error message continuously appears on all the computers that I have tried it on so far. The software appears to be able to recognize that it is a DRV2700EVM, however, it is not able to connect to it. If I cannot find out a way to make the software operate the way I would like it to, is the a specific way I can configure the board to be able to boost a AC signal of ~20 volts to around the 80-120V peak to peak range?
