Hello Parag,

Since you are not dealing with especially High-Speed op amps with the OPA37GP and OPA2111KP you should be able to use either a single, or a double layer PC boards. Double layer boards are probably more common today than single layer boards. They should make layout easier and eliminate the need for jumpers that might be needed with a single layer board.

like Paul I would also recommend a double sided PCB. Allthough not being a typical HF design, even an audio application can heavily benefit from a ground plane and lots of ground fills. A ground plane improves the signal ground integrity by minimizing the signal ground impedance and signal ground noise. A ground plane also provides a very effective shielding of the circuit against EMI coming from outside and prevents capacitive stray coupling of the individual gain stages against each other. I do always use at least double sided PCBs with a ground plane and as many ground fills as possible.
