TLC3702M: Alternate Lead Finish Availability

Are alternate lead finishes available for the TLC3702. Currently, the data sheet specifies NIPDAU, but matte tin or tin/lead would be the preferred finish.

Please confirm which version of the TLC3702 you would like. From your posting, I am assuming it is the commercial version of the part and I am moving your post to the group that covers the commercial grade.

The TLC3702-EP only comes with NiPdAu lead finish.

The version is TLC3702MD. The datasheet specifies CU NIPDAU, but are special order alternate lead finishes available.

Unfortunately, we do not provide special order alternate lead finish for the TLC3702MD.
