Good morning Ron,

Thank you for taking over this case from Paul.
I did send you a message in the group/community and accepted you in the Friend Request.
Looking forward for your greatest help.

Hi Ron,
Thank you for taking over the case.
Hopefully, this will be resolved soonest possible.
Thank you.
Kalpesh,
There was no information in the private messages. I see no oxidation in the supplied low quality photo. Can you get higher quality images? Roughened leadframe is an option for LPV542. The e2e example for roughen lead frame is consistent with the non shininess.
Here are high quality photo of my samples.
High focus, pin shoulder
Low focus (pin mount level)
Hi Ron,
Thank you for your time in giving us your opinion.
I asked my colleague to send you a better picture for this item.
I will send it to you once it will be uploaded and keep you updated.
Best regards.
Kalpesh,
Thanks for the high pixel count photos. This is the normal appearance of roughened leadframe which help prevents delamination. This type of lead frame is also used in our enhanced products; therefore this is compatible with higher quality.

Good morning Ron,
Thanks for the confirmation.
Our client rejected these items due to the reasons of oxidation.
We are trying to send these back to TI and needed our Credit.
Please we need to resolve this issue since this is already overdue.
Thank you for our help and cooperation.
Best regards.
Kalpesh,
The parts must be returned to the supplier where the parts were purchased. Contact the supplier and request a return authorization.
