Hi Kalpesh,

Can you try manually soldering one of the pins and send a picture over? If the solder coats the pin and doesn't ball up, then oxidation isn't the issue.

When you say that the parts "can not be used at all," is this based on issues during production?

Thanks for the high pixel count photos.  This is the normal appearance of roughened leadframe which help prevents delamination. This type of lead frame is also used in our enhanced products; therefore this is compatible with higher quality.

Our client rejected these items due to the reasons of oxidation.

We are trying to send these back to TI and needed our Credit.

The parts must be returned to the supplier where the parts were purchased. Contact the supplier and request a return authorization.
