Dear Sirs,

My customer would like to use INA233 to develop the product, may I know the sensed current range is or not support to "uA (1.00 E-06)" level?

    Hello Henry,

    The INA233 has an input input bias current of 8µA which would cause it not to work for these low currents. If you are sensing the low side current you could use the LMP92064 but the input VCM is limited from -0.2V to 2V.

    If you do not need a digital output you can look at the INA186, INA190 or the INA191 to see if there specifications meet your needs. These devices have low input bias current and offer the benefits or most current sense amplifiers.
