this is a simulation result of OPA322S from TINA-TI.
I think it's error that VP_10 should =VP_12=1V, and VP_9=2v which is simulation result of OPA322.

You are using an 8V supply voltage. Supply voltage is calculated as the total voltage across the device. In your case it is 4V - (-4V) = 8V. For a 5V supply, use 2.5V and -2.5V.
