I would take a better chip with lower input offset voltage.

Skate,

Buy a LM324 with an "A" suffix. To reduce effect of VIO, reduce DC gain of circuit. Use non-inverting over inverting circuits or add an opposing offset voltage calibrated for each amplifier.
