Please provide the maximum acceptable percentage solder void for the bottom-side paddle.

    Hi, 

    We don't specify a maximum void size for the solder connect to the device thermal pads. I would suggest to try and reduce any void as much as possible to otherwise the mechanical connection and thermal dissipation may be compromised.
