TLE2062AM-D: Thermal Impedance Junction to Case

Part Number: TLE2062AM-D


The datasheet does not seem to list a ThetaJC (junction to case) for the D package. It lists it for other packages but not for the D package. It does list the Theta JA (junction to ambient) for the D package but I don't need that. What is the ThetaJC for TLE2062AM-D? Thanks, Tim

    Latest thermal model, (2016)

    Theta JC 55.0 C/W
    Theta JB 48.4 C/W
    Psi JT 10.7 C/W
    Psi JB 47.9 C/W

    Theta-JC is great information if you plan to use a heat sink on the IC.

    If you want to measure the top of case temperature and calculate die temperature then PSI JT is the value to use.
