My automotive customer is going to design a sensor automotive application using OPA2322-Q1. Does this p/n have wettable flanks pin? If so which exact package and code? If not, do we have opamp similar to OPA2322-Q1 with wettable flanks pin or do you have a solution for customer here?

Hi Antonio,

OPA2322-Q1 does not have wettable flanks pin package. We are working on TLV9062 DSG package with a wettable flank. The sample target date is in 4Q this year. I can send you the link to the package drawing and code in private email.
