Hello, I understand that this part is not qualified or radiation tolerant, but is there any assessment to the susceptibility of this part to radiation?
This may include:
- Previous radiation testing up to a low krad amount;
- Existence of radiation sensible technology used in the device (including SEE and SEU data);
- Heritage from the application in other high reliability or radiation sensible projects.
