LM139A-MIL: maximum values for saturation voltage

Hello,

I need the maximum values for the saturation voltage vs. the sink current at -55°C.

With the information provided in the MIL-datasheet, I was able to get the curves for the maximum values at 25°C and 125°C.

I added the maximum values to the figure from the TI datasheet.

I´m sure that the curves for 25°C and 125°C are correct - @4mA the 25°C-curve intersects 400mV and the 125°C inersects 700mV.

The -55°C-curve is placed, that the spacings are linear in the operating point of 4mA.

Is the characteristic curve for -55°C correct?

Hello Thomas,

Can you clarify what exact part number you are interested in? TI offers a number of different versions of the LM139 and I want to be sure we are looking at the correct datasheet.

I´m interested in the LM139AWGRLQMLV (DSCC# 5962R9673802VXA).

The datasheet ID is SLCS161 from june 2017.

Hi Thomas,

You are looking at wrong product folder and datasheet for that part.

The correct product folder is LM139AQML-SP and the correct datasheet number is: SNOSAH8G

You will note that some of the specifications and limits are different and the output saturation plot is different. I think going over the correct datasheet will answer your questions. If not, let me know.
