Hi,

I intend to use INA293A3QDBVRQ1.

I want to ask a question:

Now I’m using INA195 and in the datasheet the gain error is declared 20mV<

I want to use INA293 but I can’t tell what’s the gain error when the Vsense is <50mV.

In the datasheet of the INA293 the gain error is GND + 50 mV ≤ VOUT ≤ VS – 200 mV.

What’s the error for <50mV?

Thank you for using the forum to get your question answered.

Actually the INA293 has improved lower Vsense range. If you look at the datasheet the Vsense voltage is actually not defined for each gain but rather the output range. This will encompass all gain variations of the INA293. So for the INA293A3 version the gain error is specified for a Vsense of 500uV to (VS-200mV)/100. Please also take into account Vos.

Can you please point me where it's writen that the error is 500uV at low Vsense (<50mV)

Sorry for the misunderstanding as I thought you were talking only about gain error, and what the gain error is at low voltages. At lower Vsense voltages the largest error contributor is VOS. In this case the VOS is 200µV at Vs = 5V and VCM = 12V.
