I have a problem about the INA300-Q1 for Spice model. I import the Tina-Ti model to LTSpice. But, If the voltage are read from shunt resistor higher than Vlimit voltage. I get error that 'the time step is too small'. But If the Vlimit voltage is higher than Shunt resistor voltage, I don't take any error. The spice model is running very well if Vlimit voltage is higher than shunt. Have a good day.

    Hello Samet,

    Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments.  Did you try running this in TINA-TI and run into similar issues?  When I run the TINA-TI reference design, the model has no problem with vsense larger or smaller than vlimit.  Could you share your circuit with me? There might be something else that makes the simulation crash when combined with the INA300 model.

    Hello Mr. Patrick. You are right. In TINA-TI, There is no problem for INA300-Q1 in TINA-TI.. But in LTSpice, this problem is have. In our design. The shunt resistor is 3mohm. Source is  13.5V. Rlimit resistor is  100 ohm. Vdd 5V. Hysteresis and Delay pin is floating. Latch is grounded.  But, If the voltage are read from shunt resistor higher than Vlimit voltage. I get error that 'the time step is too small'. But If the Vlimit voltage is higher than Shunt resistor voltage, There is no problem. This problem is acceptable for LTSpice, not TINA-TI model.
