Hi there,
I am searching for an LNA specifically for GPS application. Does TI has something specially designed for this purpose?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks,
Zain

Hello Zain,
I believe GPS LNA are fixed gain amplifiers with bandwidths into the Gigahertz. We don't have such an amplifier in our Precision Amplifiers products because the bandwidths top out at 50 MHz.
The High Speed Amplifier product group has Op amps with gain bandwidths out to several Gigahertz, but I am not sure about their suitability for GPS LNA applications.

Hi Zain,
We have the TRF37X35 and TRFX37 series gain blocks, which should be suitable for GPS applications.
Best regard,
Sean
Hi Sean,
Thanks for the reply. The amplifiers are indeed usable for the application of GPS. The customer however is looking for a more specialized device, with integrated saw filters. The application also requires extremely low noise figure (<2 dB). I believe we do not have something like that available.
Best Regards,
Zain
