    Hi Sherry,

    With or without N2 has no effect on performance of the INA213 itself. As long as good wetting is achieved with proper solder paste, there is really no need for N2.

    Based on my limited knowledge, it is a pure PCB assembly's call, the IC doesn’t demand one or the other.
