LMV393-Q1: Common-mode input voltage range at VCC=5V, full temperature range(-40C ~ 125C)

Part Number: LMV393-Q1

Hello team,

My customer considering using LMV393-Q1 in the automotive application.
So this team would like to know about the VICR( Common-mode input voltage range) spec at VCC=5V and full temperature range(-40C ~ 125C).
Because the LMV393-Q1 datasheet has this spec at 25C temperature condition only. Please reply to my customer's question on VICR @ VCC=5V and -40C ~ 125C temperature range.

Best regards,
DY

  • DY,

Unfortunately we do not have any info to share regarding VICR over temp.

As long as one of your inputs stays within Vcc -1V over temp, the device will function properly. The temp coefficient is only 5uV/C, so over temp the common mode should not be impacted beyond an additional 200mV (Typical VICR = VCC - 800mV).

Be sure to not violate any other abs. max ratings of the device. All pins can only take up to 5.5V, while the input pins (IN+/IN-) can take 5.5V differentially.

    Regards,

    Jonny
