TLV1805-Q1: Marking Question

HI,

My customer reported that they found two device markings on TLV1805-Q1, those are 1PJF and 1ULF, but there is no 1PJF according to our datasheet, so what's wrong here? Thanks.

I am not sure either. I will need to check with the manufacturing team. I checked our Assembly Test Spec system and it shows that we should only have 1ULF.

we are not back in the office until Tuesday because of our holiday Monday. So I may not have an answer until late Tuesday or Wednesday.

I got some new clue, that the unknown marking is PLV1805, so I think it is the pre released one. So are the specs of these two parts are same? They can be replaced each other? Thanks.

Nice find Wayne, I didn’t think of that.

The P devices are also final, production silicon, so those are the same quality as the non-P version. They can use them without any concerns.
