Hi Xueshen,
V+/2 is stating that the load of the device is terminated to half of the supply. In a split supply configuration (e.g. +2.5 and -2.5) that value would be 0V or ground. For a single supply configuration it would be half the positive supply (e.g. 5V would have the load terminated to 2.5V).
